Office Assistant (Part-time position)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience or understanding of administrative work
  • English – confident Intermediate (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the aesthetics and comfortable atmosphere of the office (decor, plants, branded elements)
  • Organize procurement and delivery of food, water, coffee, office supplies, and first aid items
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
  • Maintain the smooth operation of office equipment, including organizing repairs or maintenance when needed
  • Oversee cleanliness and order in all office areas, including the kitchen
  • Take care of office plants and animals (if any)
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate with security and couriers
  • Greet new employees and conduct office tours for newcomers
  • Decorate the office for holidays and contribute to creating a positive and pleasant atmosphere
