Marketing Specialist (Automotive Sector)

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving customer engagement for some of the world’s most renowned car brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Digital Advertising: plan and manage digital ad performance across Meta, Google, Display, and Video platforms.
- Social Media & Content: oversee social media channels and lead the content strategy to build community and brand loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: conduct deep dives into market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- CRM & Retention: manage CRM-based marketing efforts and design effective customer retention programs.
- Events & Launches: organize and coordinate high-profile product launches, dealership events, and promotional activities.
- Performance Tracking: monitor marketing budgets, ensure a high ROI, and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Collaboration: act as a key liaison between creative agencies, media partners, and internal departments.

Requirements:
- Experience: minimum 1 year of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Digital Expertise: strong understanding of digital marketing tools and web analytics.
- Analytical Skills: a data-driven approach with a focus on measurable results and efficiency.
- Communication: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
