Marketing & SEO Manager (English C1, $2000+ NET)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are an international company working with the US market, looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & SEO Manager to join our Chișinău office.
This is a key role sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and oversight — you will be responsible for ensuring our digital marketing efforts deliver real, measurable results.
You will manage a small internal team, coordinate with external agencies handling Marketing and SEO, report to the senior management, and serve as the internal expert who keeps everyone aligned, accountable, and on track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee and coordinate our external SEO and digital marketing agencies — reviewing deliverables, challenging performance, and maintaining a productive working relationship;
• Manage the internal team members and provide oversight of two in-house paid ads specialists (Google & Meta);
• Monitor campaign performance across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads — identifying issues early and driving improvements;
• Manage all tasks, processes, project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure nothing falls through the cracks;
• Take on increasing strategic ownership as you develop deep knowledge of our marketing ecosystem.
• Report directly to senior leadership with clear, actionable updates on marketing performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO, with at least 6 months in a management or coordination role;
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads, and Meta Ads — enough to evaluate agency work critically and ask the right questions;
• Strong project management skills — you follow through, meet deadlines, manage priorities, and keep yourself and the team well organized. You know how the processes work, how long they take, and what is a good result and what isn’t.
• Familiarity with task managers like Trello, Jira;
• Excellent English — written and spoken. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Experience working with or managing external agencies is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable regularly reading performance data and drawing meaningful conclusions;
• A proactive, no-excuses attitude — someone who takes ownership and finds solutions;

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting salary from $2,000 NET per month, with growth based on performance and contribution;
• Late-afternoon and evening hours, suited for those who prefer quiet mornings Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 12 am (1h lunch break)
