Junior IT Service Management Specialist

Your role:
FAs part of our growth, we are looking for an Intern with a path toward becoming a Junior IT Service Management Specialist (BMC Helix). You will support the BMC Helix ITSM platform through tasks like configuration, maintenance, and assisting with key ITSM processes such as incident, change, and asset management, working closely with the IT team to improve service workflows.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of BMC Helix ITSM and related tools
  • Assist in basic configuration and testing of ITSM workflows
  • Support the IT team with daily platform tasks and issue tracking
  • Help document processes, configurations, and user guides
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing

  • We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (completed or in progress).
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and a strong interest in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
  • Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write simple queries.
  • Experience with ticketing tools or issue trackers is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
