IT Systems Support Engineer

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of IT Systems Support Engineer.

The objective of this job is to provide operational support and maintenance for Billing and FMS applications, services, modules. Also, you will be responsible to process trouble tickets related to Postpaid Billing, VAS and Prepaid services.

what you will be doing:

• provide support and maintenance for Billing and FMS applications and services in production while ensuring the commitment in terms of lead time for the intervention and reinstating the service
• monitoring of Billing System procedures (including automates and scheduled tasks), timely reporting and fixing of runtime errors under reduced timescales, in order to ensure minimum Billing System downtimes
• provide technical support for trouble tickets related to Postpaid Billing, FMS, VAS and Prepaid services
• process tickets raised to Support team in an efficient and effective mode providing deep analysis and problem diagnosis
• ensure that tickets are solved in specified terms, according procedure
• perform analysis of system functionality in order to discover and prevent subscriber's complains    
• provide support for creating new services and in opening new roaming agreements

what we are looking for:

• university degree in Computer Science or similar
• excellent knowledge and expirience in SQL
• basic knowleadge of Oracle, PL/SQL
• basic knowleadge of telecommunication systems
• basic knowledge of Windows OS/Linux
• proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
