IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of all IT services.
• Ensure stable and secure operation of servers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, production systems, and business applications.
• Oversee IT infrastructure architecture, cloud services, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
• Manage and monitor ERP, CRM, industrial automation systems, and office software implementation and maintenance.
• Provide IT support for production and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Apply strong project management practices (scope, timeline, budget, risk management, reporting).
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with global IT teams and external partners
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation
• Prepare, monitor, and control the IT budget; ensure cost optimization and financial efficiency.
• Manage vendors, service providers, licensing agreements, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal/global IT governance policies.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (IT Manager / Head of IT / Senior System Administrator / IT Project Manager).
• Strong technical expertise in:
  • Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing, switching);
  • Servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud platforms;
  • Cybersecurity and data protection systems;
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and production/industrial systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading complex IT implementations.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and contract/vendor management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with local and global IT teams
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – required.
