Insurance Policy Agent

A logistics company providing transportation logistics services in the U.S. market is looking for an HR Administrator with English proficiency to join its team.

Required skills:

• English and Russian at the B2 level or higher (spoken and written);
• strong communication skills;
• attention to detail and organizational skills;
• ability to handle large volumes of information;
• experience in document management is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• monitoring all of the company’s active insurance policies, maintaining records, and updating data;
• regular communication with insurance agents and companies to negotiate terms, renew policies, or make changes;
• creating and maintaining an electronic database of insurance policies in internal spreadsheets/CRM;
• Preparing necessary reports and reminders for management regarding upcoming policy expiration dates;
• Ensuring timely transfer of information to the accounting department or other departments handling insurance documents.

Schedule:
12:30 - 21:30 (Mon–Fri);
