HR / Recruiter (Headhunter CDL Drivers – USA Market)

US EXPRESS CARRIERS LLC is a fast-growing trucking company based on the West Coast of the USA, operating a fleet of 100 trucks (Dry Vans & Reefers). As a HazMat-certified carrier, we provide access to high-paying loads and stable operations.

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated HR / Recruiter who will be responsible for headhunting CDL drivers for the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing and headhunting of CDL drivers (USA market)
• Posting and managing job ads on various platforms
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Communication with drivers (calls, messages, follow-ups)
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates
• Working closely with dispatch and management team
• Maintaining database and tracking recruitment progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or headhunting (trucking industry is a big advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced English (spoken & written)
• Result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with high volume of candidates
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with job platforms, social media, and outreach tools
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
