Head of Sales Department

We are looking for the Head of Sales for Romania market to join our Ecofinance team within Dyninno Group fintech division.

EcoFinance is a fast-growing fintech delivering accessible B2C financial services worldwide. Through brands like Creditprime and Honey Loan, we offer short term loans, instalment loans and lines of credit via our online platform. With over 5 million clients across Romania, Moldova and the Philippines, EcoFinance ranks among the top ten microfinance providers by loan volume. We are now expanding our offerings into digital and virtual cards linked to our mobile apps.

As the Head of Sales for the Romanian market, you will lead the sales function for our online lending products, drive sales conversion rates and portfolio growth by developing sales strategy, mentoring teams, collaborating on a cross-department level and optimizing sales processes and approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of sales processes, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous optimization to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational action plans to increase sales performance, improve conversion rates, enhance team productivity, and optimize operational costs.
  • Lead and coordinate the Sales Department, including managing Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Set qualitative and quantitative targets for the call center and branches and monitor their achievement.
  • Evaluate team performance and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Back Office, and IT.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure timely resolution of internal and external client requests and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee key administrative processes, including team scheduling, onboarding, probation evaluation, and leave planning.
  • Develop and improve internal procedures, methodologies, and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators and prepare reports and insights for management.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions for continuous optimization of processes and products.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English – written and spoken, used in business correspondence and reporting;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Proven B2C sales experience;
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with a focus on team motivation;
  • Solid understanding of business processes and an integrated vision of how sales connects with other departments;

The compensation level for this position will be evaluated/discussed individually based on the level of the skills and competencies of the candidate.
