Freight Dispatcher

Transimex Global Corp is a leading Freight Brokerage company with 30 years of experience dedicated to providing logistics solutions to our customers across the US and Canada.
We are seeking motivated and experienced Freight Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure dependable carriers to move freight efficiently
• Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Dispatch trucks and monitor shipments throughout the transportation cycle
• Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and receivers
• Track loads, provide timely updates, and proactively resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, agreements, and communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in U.S. and Canadian Logistics is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good spoken and written English (B2 level or higher preferred)
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and load boards
• An active network of shippers and/or carriers is a strong advantage
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (Moldova time)
