We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Broker Carrier Representative to join our team. The Freight Broker will be responsible for negotiating rates with carriers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in the freight brokerage industry.

• Salary range: 14000 lei up to 45000 lei (14000 lei flat + commission)
• Working hours: Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws

Strongly desirable:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of English (B2-C1).
• Some experience in the trucking industry
