Financial Controller

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Financial Controller in our Finance Operations Department to work with the International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Month end activities: prepare accruals and rebooking and identify differences and communicate the information for corrections based on the master data
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations and overview files for capex requests approval
• Approve capex requests in the system and maintain related work files
• Modify the Capex structure based on the business partners requests
• Maintain correspondence between business partners and IT for changes related to the capex workflow and participate in testing on request
• Support help for budget planning, actuals and roll rebasing
• Consolidate budget files from all business units and prepare reports for leading controllers
• Approval of invoices and purchase orders
• Prepare documents for audits
• Any other activities requested by the supervisor

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Economic field
• 1-2 years’ experience in finance, controlling team or similar role
• Good IT literacy including ability to use all Microsoft office packages (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written, reading comprehension and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in SAP is appreciated
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally to the organization
• Ability to respond positively to changes
• Fast learner and problem-solving skills
• Ability to fulfill assigned tasks
