Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and analyzing leads through agents and market databases.
• Conducting preliminary analysis and formulating exit hypotheses.
• Organizing and coordinating the due diligence process (financial, legal, operational analysis).
• Preparing materials for deal structuring (Term Sheet, SPV model, waterfall).
• Compiling the complete document package for the Investment Committee.
• Managing the CRM, task tracker, and dataroom (MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in investments, consulting, audit, or banking.
• Education: finance, economics, or law (MBA/ACCA/CAIA is an advantage).
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling (DCF, IRR/MOIC), and working with legal documents.
• Languages: English Upper Intermediate+, Russian and Romanian – mandatory.
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure information.
• Attention to detail and strong document-handling skills.
• Flexibility and ability to manage several processes simultaneously.
• Ability to present conclusions clearly, with a focus on numbers and risks.
• Ability to defend solutions and argue the choice of approach.
