HOS Compliance & Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our safety and compliance department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuous monitoring and management of Driver Records of Duty Status (RODS).
• Perform regular HOS compliance reviews to ensure nationwide regulatory standards are met.
• Conduct specialized HOS training and provide real-time assistance for ELD platforms and safety-related issues.
• Efficiently redirect drivers to the correct departments for non-safety related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
• High proficiency in Google Suite, ELD platforms, and TMS software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high stress resistance, and exceptional communication skills.
• A meticulous approach to reviewing logs and identifying discrepancies.
