E-Commerce Customer Support

We are looking for German speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide.

We offer:

• Salary 600 - 700 EUR;
• 7-hours shift per day (9.00-17.00);
• 1 hour lunch break;
• 2 coffee-breaks 15 min.;
• Office in the center of Chisinau;
• Grafit Languages School;
• Grafit Sport Program;
• Grafit Health Program.

The overall responsibility will be:

• Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Requirements:

• Proficient in German (written and spoken level B1-B2);
• Basic skills in Word, Excel;
• Able to multi-task;
• Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude;
• No experience needed because we will train you;
• The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.
