DQF Processor

We are looking for a Driver Qualification File (DQF) Processor!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with DOT compliance? Our growing American transportation company is looking for a dedicated DQF Processor to take full ownership of driver qualification files and ensure full FMCSA compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Request, review, and evaluate pre-employment reports (PSP, MVR, CDLIS, Clearinghouse, VOEs)
• Determine driver qualification according to FMCSA and company standards
• Prepare, manage, and maintain complete Driver Qualification Files (49 CFR Parts 382, 383, 391)
• Upload and manage driver records in Tenstreet
• Work closely with Recruiting and Safety teams to support fast and compliant hiring
• Ensure all DQFs are accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times

What We Expect:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with DOT/FMCSA compliance and DQFs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar systems is a strong advantage

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (office hours to be discussed)
