Digital Marketing Manager

Your role:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing channels to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and manage high-quality content tailored to different digital platforms, including campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and newsletters
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience
• Manage budgets and digital marketing tools to maximize efficiency and impact
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and innovations, proposing new ideas and channels to reach target audiences effectively

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (financial services experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
