What You’ll Do:
- Enter and update customer and booking data in internal systems
- Review booking details and compare related information
- Cross-check data using our database and trusted online sources
- Flag inconsistencies and escalate suspicious or unclear cases to senior colleagues
- Follow internal guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all daily tasks
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent attention to detail, quick learning ability, and high accountability
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Recent graduate or final-year student (preferred)
