We're looking for an experienced Creative Lead (Art Director) to define and drive the look and feel of the immersive experiences we're creating for fortune 50 brands around the world - from entertainment and tech giants to household consumer product and pharma brands.

Position Overview
Creative Lead is responsible for managing - and inspiring - a select, cross-discipline team of artists and designers; working with the Creative Director and Production and Development leads to deliver world-class products; and supporting the leadership team in developing strategies to achieve product goals, strengthen team culture, and deliver the quality our clients deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive and inspire the local creative team across disciplines (e.g., design, content, motion) on the visual development of all studio projects. Translate global and US-led creative vision into locally relevant, impactful creative work.
• Elevate our standard of visual excellence in delivering exceptional experiences and products.
• Understand and maintain client brand standards across deployments.
• Provide leadership from inception to release, acting as a supervisor and guide through concept & design, production and development phases.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and Creative Director to understand the client requirements and use studio productivity platforms to efficiently drive results.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas for both client challenges and internal creative exploration.
• Lead internal brand development, participate in new business presentations and guide marketing outreach to ensure quality of execution.
• Direct team efforts, monitor results and proactively work with reports to improve process and guide career development.
• Facilitate clear, proactive communication across time zones and teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of local creative talent.
• Champion continuous learning, creative experimentation, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative studio with emerging tech projects;
• Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written communication;
• Have strong management skills to lead a department, be able to communicate visual ideas and be able to work as part of a team;
• Understand what is going to be achievable further down the line in production by the animation and post-production teams.
• Have the artistic skill and imagination to produce original and high-quality designs.
• Russian and English both spoken and written (intermediate level up).
