Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s growth strategy (new markets, product development, sales, investment).
- Lead and inspire the internal team while overseeing product evolution.
- Attract investment and manage financial operations to support long-term growth.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, fitness centers, sports associations, and retail.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
- Minimum 3 years of executive leadership experience, ideally in physical products or consumer goods.
- Proven skills in financial and operational management.
- Strong understanding of product development frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
- Fluent English (C1 or above).
- Successful track record of launching products in international markets.
- Strong network within the sports, wellness, or sporting goods industry.
