We're looking for a CEO Assistant to join our team. This role combines high-level executive support with business analysis and operational support to assist the CEO in decision-making, performance tracking, and company growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and analytical, capable to help the CEO stay organized and also support business decisions.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone) with some flexibility expected on holidays

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel
  • Read and organize emails and messages, and make sure important ones are answered
  • Prepare letters, documents, presentations and summaries
  • Organize meetings and company events (schedule, materials, notes)
  • Help with communication between the CEO and other employees or partners while keeping the information private and secure
  • Collect and review business data to help the CEO make decisions
  • Work with data from company systems and prepare reports and tables to show results and progress
  • Help with planning, budgeting, and tracking company results
  • Work with different departments to collect correct information
  • Suggest ways to improve processes and save time or cost
  • Follow up on tasks and projects to make sure they are completed on time

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; higher education in business or related field is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
  • Good skills in working with data, reports, and numbers
  • Experience using office software (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Languages: Romanian and Russian required; English at higher level
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
