Virtual Care Services is bringing Addison Care — a virtual caregiver and health companion — to homes and care settings across the U.S. As a Care Agent (Addison Care Consultant), you will promote Addison Care to healthcare facilities, families, and community partners. Your mission is to educate stakeholders, generate referrals, and help patients and caregivers enroll into subscription plans that keep them safer, more independent, and better supported at home.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities, community organizations, and referral partners to introduce Addison Care and its benefits
- Educate families, caregivers, and facility staff on how Addison Care works and how it supports safety, adherence, and independence
- Manage a pipeline of leads from different sources (facilities, families, community partners) and move them through the outreach and enrollment process
- Host or participate in virtual and in-person presentations, demos, or information sessions about Addison Care
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and referral partners to convert interest into active subscriptions
- Explain subscription options, pricing, and support services in a clear, ethical, and patient-centered way
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, technical, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive experience for new subscribers
- Track all activities, calls, and meetings in CRM or tracking tools and report on progress toward outreach and enrollment targets
- Stay current on Addison Care features, use cases, and success stories to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Represent Virtual Care Services and Addison Care professionally and compassionately in all interactions
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales, community relations, or patient/caregiver education
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, facility administrators, and family caregivers
- Strong consultative selling skills: asking good questions, listening, and matching Addison Care solutions to real needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technology in simple, reassuring language
- Experience using CRM or tracking tools to manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Empathetic, mission-driven mindset focused on improving lives through better virtual care
- Prior experience with senior care, home health, telehealth, or digital health solutions is a plus

Salary: $3000-$4000 / month
