DAAC digital is looking for a IT System Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to the development of enterprise-level information systems. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring effective collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and development teams.

This is a priority position with an opportunity for immediate employment in July–August 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT projects focused on creating enterprise-level information systems;
• Analyze business requirements and identify optimal solutions;
• Create technical specifications, diagrams, and system documentation;
• Develop advanced process flowcharts and support business process improvements;
• Collaborate with designers to create product prototypes;
• Work closely with development teams during Agile sprints;
• Support Product Backlog management and requirements prioritization;
• Participate in tender processes and prepare technical documentation;
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator in IT projects;
• Higher education in ICT or a related field;
• Experience in preparing technical and tender documentation;
• Experience participating in Agile IT projects;
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Understanding of software development processes and system design principles;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience with CCBA or PMI-PBA certification will be an advantage;
• Fluent spoken and written Romanian, English, and Russian.
